SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE RESERVED MATTERS APPLICATION, CREST NICHOLSON WILL GO ON TO BUILD THE DEVELOPMENT, PROVIDING NEW HOMES FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS, INCLUDING A SIGNIFICANT VOLUME OF HOMES IN AFFORDABLE TENURES.
Crest Nicholson are committed to being good neighbours and are committed to ensuring that disruption to neighbours is kept to a minimum during the construction phase. Works will not take place during anti-social houses and construction vehicles will stay away from predominantly residential roads.
Alongside the development, Crest Nicholson will be contributing over £2.25m through a Community Infrastructure Levy and additional £750,000 through the S106 agreement. This will enable substantial investment into the local economy that will allow for improvements to be made in local infrastructure such as health, transport and education.
